Does not know how to diagnose and never even calls in a prescription after several days. Stay away. The entire appt took 5 minutes and he gave me an already printed out form about silent reflux that I could have found on the internet.

Dr. Puri has no interest in, and very little to offer to, tinnitus patients. He did not even care enough to give a referral to one of his more-qualified colleagues, or offer any kind of support at all. (Spent less than 5 minutes with me anyways so how could he.) In my patient record, however, which I recently reviewed, he writes that he provided me with "brochures" for treatment options and spent time explaining them to me. In reality, he did no such thing! To not only provide inadequate care but to then write something false in my record is absolutely unacceptable. Altogether, visiting Dr. Puri was an waste of time. I would recommend patients, particularly those referred for tinnitus, to stay away and go somewhere else, or at least ask for another provider at CEENTA.

This is by far one of the best doctors I've ever had. Period. He is caring, humble, thorough, listens to the patient. I should have listened to my gut instinct to stay with him instead of wasting my time with others for a second opinion. Now, I am going back and sticking with him.

I'm glad I found this amazing Nose and Throat doctor near by. He is always nice, knowledgeable and ready to listen to us. No rush and very peaceful. A WONDERFUL doctor! My husband and I always recommend him to our friends and all have the impression.

I have been suffering with Cough and throat irritation more than a month. I requested to go to ENT specialist and my family physician referred me to him. Dr puri diagnosed it correctly and I have been much better and in path of recovery. Dr Puri is very caring and he knows his speciality. He was very professional and gave me at least 30 to 45 min on my visit. He is very detailed oriented so asks you lot of questions. EXCELLENT PHYSICAN. I would recommend him.

Dr. Puri was extremely caring and easy to talk to. I had a sleep study and then had nose and throat surgery for my sleep apnea. I have never slept better! His assistant worked with my insurance and scheduled my surgery promptly. I will always recommend Dr. Puri!
