Where do I start! If you're looking for a hands on doctor who chooses to be by your side every step/procedure of the way then look no further! He has the best hands on approach you could ask for. Dr. Jacobs is in a league of his own. I have extensive experience with multiple fertility clinics (military spouse life) and by far his services land way above the rest. If you have the time PLEASE hear my journey, it will be worth it, and you are worth the best, trust me! When I went to my very first fertility clinic, I didn't know much about my infertility issues, let alone IVF. After almost a year of getting no prognosis, infertility reason or solutions I'd had enough. My referring GYN saw me become disheartened and referred me to Dr. Jacob's. She herself had an amazing and successful experience with him and had went on to become a mom of twin boys with his help. I took the offer! From the very beginning I knew I landed in good hands, finally! He presented me with a diagnostic workup that… would bypass the frustration of trying to "guess" what's wrong and went straight to "let me find out what's wrong". Within a month or two he identified my cause for infertility: the functionality of one of my fallopian tubes had been compromised in my younger years, so I could only get pregnant with 1 tube. He let us know our options available and allowed us to make our own decisions about the next course of action. My husband and I chose IVF due to my age (39 at the time). Dr. Jacobs is a genius at knowing exactly what to do with your cycle to achieve a pregnancy, on the FIRST try! He has a level of professionalism, intelligence, patience and efficiency that will leave you without any questions about your future, chances and success. He will not sale you hopes and dreams just to make money. He's honest and practical. He tells you what you need to hear not what you wan to hear, rare. Most importantly he does NOT promise you things he cannot deliver.! He'll be the first to tell you your odds, chances and likelihood. He is very humble and more like a family member telling you the truth even if you don't want to hear it. You know you can trust him and that's gold! The entire Staff literally becomes your family and going for visits feels more like visiting family. His office manager Ashley is phenomenal!! We would laugh all the time when I went in, it was such an endearing process with all her positive energy floating around. I really appreciated it! This is SO important as these are the people who have your future family in their hands and who you are spending ALOT of hard earned money with. The entire team treats you delicately and with the greatest care and concern and want to see you win just as much as you, priceless!! Dr. Jacobs tactics were super successful and at 39 I was pregnant with twins and 1 embryo on ice for the future. Unfortunately, our twins came early at 6 months due to incompetent cervix. They were in the NICU for 2 weeks so I was able to actually experience being a mom for the first time in my life and I have Dr. Jacobs to thank for that, even if short. In 2 weeks I will be returning to Dr. Jacobs to start another transfer procedure. I moved to Florida last year (military life) so I'll be flying back and staying at a hotel or friends for the my many appointments ahead. I have been going to a fertility clinic here, in Florida, however, the quality of service is way below what I am accustomed to. I had 2 retrieval cycles with them, the first one getting no eggs at all (WHAT?!?). The second one I just ended (got 20) and am waiting for the final embryo count for day 5 blast (at day 3 there were 6). Me and my husband KNEW we were going to Dr. Jacobs by any means necessary, I don't trust anyone else with my babies! I decided to uproot and have my implantation done with the person who did it first and did it the best, Dr. Jacobs! I would give him 10 stars if I could!

I have been with Dr. Jacob since 2006. I had been to other doctor's who told me there was nothing wrong. After my first visit with him he handed me information about PCOS and told me he could help. My life would never be the same in the most amazing way. He helped me manage my PCOS and when it was time to start my family he managed my infertility issues. Along came Zoe in 2009 and again with Sadie in 2013. He has also performed 2 cystectomies' and my hysterectomy. I would recommend Dr. Jacob to anyone who wants a doctor who is honest and will do all he can to help. He has changed my life forever and I could never repay him for all he has done for my husband and myself. Thank you Dr. Jacob!!!! I thank God everyday for putting you in my path.

Wonderful doctor and team, incredibly nice and unbelievably skilled. Had a robotic assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy with having a very enlarged uterus due to fibriods.

The surgery was a success ! Dr Jacob took good care of me at MBC and every dr appointment with him him get you in and out no waiting for hours Dr Jacob is awesome ??

Dr. Jacob is top-notch! From the moment you call or come in for a visit, Ashley (the office manager) and Michelle (the nurse), put you at ease and make you feel welcomed. Even though there are multiple patients attending the office, Dr. Jacob and his staff direct their attention to you from the start to the finish of your appointments. It is not uncommon for me to speak with Dr. Jacob and his staff in the waiting room, the examination room, Ashley's office, the nurse's office, and Dr. Jacob's office. To me, this means time. Dr. Jacob and his staff offer their patients the time they need to converse and understand the options given to them, during either challenging or celebratory times in their lives. Dr. Jacob is not only a doctor of great intellect, but also one who builds relationships with his patients; and walks your life journey by your side. I am forever grateful for this skilled and compassionate doctor.

Dr. Jacob is knowledgeable and courteous. He did an excellent job treating my endometriosis and my surgery was done very well.

Without Dr. Jacob and his staff "Ashley " i would have never of gotten pregnant or had my daughter. This office goes above and beyond for you all the time.

Very unprofessional and rude to the nurses that took care of me In the hospital. The nurses were amazing, and I just couldn't believe a doctor would scold a nurse in front of his patient for simply asking a question. After those bedside manners, I would never recommend this doc.

Dr Jacob is highly recommendable whoever wants to try to start with the family. We undergo fertility treatment and in 6 months, I conceived. The staff is also very supportive and helpful and give prompt guidance.

I went to Dr. Jacob for 10 years (started before he opened his specialty office). He is an amazing doctor that listens to you! He never gave up hope for me to have a baby, and now I am due in 5 weeks! He is very knowledgeable and keeps up on the latest studies and practices. I would recommend Dr. Jacob to anyone!
