Dr. Sally Willard Burbank, MD

Trying to get an appointment or prescription refill is impossible. The office staff treats you like a number, not a person.

I have seen Dr. Burbank since 1990. She is an excellent physician, who listens and cares. Obviously that us expected, but many of us know that is rare.

Dr Sally Burbank knows her stuff and in each visit to this "Doc" she has given my wife and I a relaxed and down to earth appointment's. Dr Sally is a thorough and caring Doctor. Dr. Sally has reviewed my wife's symtons at home on a friday night and phoned us to explain how we were going to tackle the situation my wife was in at the time.

She is a great doctor. She has always been thorough and a good listener. The wait times are not long. The staff is helpful. They once accidentally put the wrong chart in my file but with how busy everyone is these days, that didn't surprise me.

I have had Dr.Burbank as my doctor for 25 years. She has diagnosed me with many different diseases when other doctors didn't find them. She has called me at home and checked on me after surgeries. She is a blessing and a great doctor.

Dr Burbank helped save my life- she is an amazing caring physican.

We think of her as part of the family. I've been seeing her for nearly 20 yrs., and she has been with me through many, many illnesses, trials, and troubles. Kind, caring, attentive, and always ready to help in any way. Her staff is excellent as well. Wouldn't trade her for anything.

I went through a lot of doctors before Dr Burbank. Since finding her I've had no reason to change. She is very personable, always cheerful and attentive, is highly professional, and has fielded an excellent staff. Her nurse, Terri, keeps me well informed and is an asset to the practice, and Jana is the expert at the front desk, juggling patients, phone calls, appointments, etc with a wink and a smile.
