He kept me waiting in a room for 30 minutes or more. I tried to speak with him about some concerns I had and he basically said he couldn't help me and made a referral. He seemed to be in a hurry and I left the office in tears.

Dr. Wilcox was on call when I had a threatened miscarriage and he was so unbothered with the situation. He was very unprofessional and it almost seemed as if I was interrupting his day with his family. There were kids yelling in the background and everything. This is my first pregnancy so I was scared of what was happening but he just chulked it up to a miscarriage and told me basically to sit in the house and do nothing. I later found out that it wasn't a miscarriage. Just the fact that he was so very unconcerned really bothered me. Hopefully he will not put a finger no where on my child or me at any point. From reading the reviews I had to have caught him at the wrong time but first impressions are everything and if I can help it I would love never to ever speak with him again. If anything happens after hours now I don't even want to call. Other than him AWC is a pretty awesome place to be.

Dr. Wilcox is very intelligent and very friendly. He really cares about my health and the health of my unborn baby! Very competent!

The only reason I am leaving is because my insurance will no longer be accepted at this practice. I recently had a miscarriage and Dr. Wilcox was very sensitive to my family's needs. He answered any and all questions that we had about the miscarriage as well as the procedure to follow. He is a great Dr. He never led on as though we needed to hurry so that he could move to the next patient. He made us feel very comfortable all things considered.
