Dr. Sameer Kumar Sharma, MD

I would highly recommend Dr. Sharma and Aurora Health Care. After years of dealing with a large kidney stone, Dr. Sharma successfully conducted an Ureteroscopy procedure on my left kidney. My stone, which was 9cm, is now dissolved. Within minutes after his procedure I was able to stand and use the bathroom with little to no discomfort. I am a tall male in my 40's. It has now been six hours since this procedure and I'm home and walking around. I really want to say to anyone reading this and considering Dr. Sharma, to proceed in confidence. Dr. Sharma is an excellent urologist and skilled at the less invasive robotic surgery used to treat prostate and other urology problems. He did my surgery and I am very satisfied with the way it was done and the very few after effects. I am nine months on and have few continence problems, considering the possible problems one may have. He referred me to a very competent therapist who trained me in the pelvic muscles which help in post surgery continence. He gives one full attention in office visits and well explains what he is recommending. I do have excellent private insurance, but I am sure he gives all patients the same attention.
