Staff very disrespectful and unorganized, doesn't like listening to the patient, or answering calls " doing their jobs"... The Dr is never there and my insurance isn't happy they're paying for me to see a specialist and have only seen her once to be spoken down to, then won't do the paperwork for me to get the only meds we've finally found that actually work after years of study and been taking going on just over two years... Insurance suggested I switch neurologist and I'm reporting to the state... Dealing with multiple different types of seizures and she just takes my anticonvulsant away... And all she had to do is write the pre-authorization for my insurance and pharmacist... Talk about play with someone's life, considering my gran-ma seizures last anywhere from 7 and up to 27 mins on video and was told anyone of my next ones can kill me or paralyze me from the waist down due to the damage done to my C7 in my neck, but of course if she did her homework and actually cared she… wouldn't be treated her patients like this or let her office staff do the same... I pray for them all because I've got a great support team of other specialist, Drs and care takers that her office will be getting reported and investigated...

Excellent doctor. She is very smart and very easy to talk to. She has treated my son over one year and we highly recommend her. Also, her back office makes the insurance paperwork process look easy.

I had a difficult time from the first time I scheduled an appointment. The office staff was making so much noise the receptionist had to ask me several times to repeat my information. When I went to the office the doctor had her assistant do the evaluation. She even had the assistant charge me 50 to process the authorization for my medication before even assessment my history, symptoms or meeting me for that matter. I had a problem coordinating with the office staff to get my medication authorization processed. I called about 7 times and spoke to over 3 office staff before taking over the process and facilitating my authorization with my insurance company. Then I called to advise them my medication was being mailed and to get an appointment. I spoke to 4 different staff who didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They asked medication to be mailed to a different location which was suspect. I blame this on poor training and Inappropriate staffing. After I was offered an appointment… almost 2 months after my first for my medication. Only when I complained because I had over a month with my medication did they put me in the schedule and only once confirming my insurance in what felt like they were assessing if the reimbursement rate was worth their while. I also should mention she gave me a medication which wasn’t approved and never followed up with me to see how I was or get me alternative medication. This followed by the doctor saying today she is short staffed and telling patients to get another provider as well as her not wanting to be exposed to anyone. She should of said that in the 5 minutes she spent doing my assessment and before she charged me 50 to get an authorization. I also must say she had a lot of patients in a very small space. I counted 6 in the waiting area which is about five feet by 10 feet. Completely unprofessional and poor bed side manner. I will be filing a complaint.

This doctor is very condescending, rude and has zero bedside manner. She must be a new doctor because she did not appear to be knowledgeable regarding new preventive migraine RX on the market (Amiovig). She said she had to check with her husband first before she could prescribe it!!! She talked in circles and was very unorganized. She was absolutely horrible, a total waste of time and money.
