Dr. Samuel Goos

Dr Goos is very caring, thorough and an excellent Doctor. He really makes you feel comfortable and tells you your situation in lay man terms so that you can understand. I have psoriasis and he referred me to another Dr. for psoriasis arthritis to make sure it wasn't in my joints. I can't say enough about how good Dr. Goos is and is wonderful staff!

After more than a year of suffering morning sickness that could last all day and several months of a full-body rash that itched, he diagnosed a new allergy to a long-term drug. Once the drug was stopped, the rash disappeared and the morning sickness disappeared. The other dermatologist only prescribed cortisone ointments and sprays, which did not make the rash go away. Dr. Goos was fabulous in all ways.

I made my first appointment for mid-afternoon. I waited just shy of 3 hours to get in to see Dr. Goos. They apologized and said there was a scheduling mix up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. 6 months later I made another appointment. I requested an early morning appointment to avoid the wait. I arrived at 9:10 for my 9:30 appt. When I asked if he was running on schedule, they said "probably not, he still has 5 people ahead of you". At 10:55 they finally called me into the office. I asked if he would be right in as I had a noon appt. elsewhere. They told me there were still two people in other rooms ahead of me!!I walked out. This guy is very disrespectful of other people's time. How could he be that behind schedule at 9:10AM? Five people ahead of me that early in the morning???If it happens once, I understand; but twice and I take my business elsewhere!!
