This was our first visit to this office and this doctor and he made both my wife and I very comfortable and patient while he explained the process that I must go through for this shoulder surgery. I eagerly look forward to his surgery on my behalf and trust him wholeheartedly.

My only complaint was the time it took to see Dr Harmsen. He did say he had difficult cases ahead of mine, but a couple of hours is not good.

I visited Dr. Harmsen's office after a fracture of my shoulder. All the staff was very friendly, and it was easy to schedule an appointment. I did require a surgical repair to my injury, and to date, it is progressing well. The entire process was explained very clearly to me. Follow ups are easy to schedule, and I fell the staff really cares about a patient's recovery. Highly recommended!

They were prompt in taking me in, extremely friendly, yet professional, explaining exactly what was being done. Dr. Harmsen took the time to draw a sketch of the bones in question, where they are, and which ones were broken. The x-ray technician showed me the pictures and explained what was going on with them. All of them made my visit as pleasant as it could be.

Great technical explanation of diagnoses. Would/will see again.
