Dr. Samuel Walters, DO

The visit with the doctor himself was great, however, the follow up from his staff was aweful. There never forwarded my request from the doctor to pain management and it took 9 days to get a signature for a prescription from him. They never called back, I had to keep calling them and staff was rude on the phone. I pay to much for insurance to be bother with this kind of mess. Moving on......

My experiences with the Dr Walters have been few (I have no particular on-going problems) but they have all been without incident, and as pleasant as a non-emergency doctor visit can be.

We love Dr. Walters, he gives you the same personalized care as in the old days. He calls you to follow-up and listens to everything you say. Very professional and courteous. He shows care for you and your family. I would suggest anyone to just go to him once, and you will never go anywhere else for a family physician. His wife also works there.

Obviously, the above person does not know what they are talking about. There are 2 sides to every story. They should tell the truth. Dr. Walters is fine best doctor in town. This s one of the only offices that you can walk into any time during the day and be seen. More over the staff is the most considerate.
