I had a very poor experience with Dr. DiPaolo at Inova Merrifield, VA. I waited over an hour to be seen, and when I finally was, the visit felt rushed and dismissive. I was given treatment options, including a prescription treatment, but pressured to make a decision immediately without adequate time to think. When I asked about potential side effects, the response was impatient and unhelpful. Dr. DiPaolo also mentioned having a long day and not eating, which came across as unprofessional and inappropriate during a patient visit. This experience was unacceptable. I did not feel heard, respected, or properly cared for. I would not recommend this provider, especially if you expect a professional and patient-centered approach.

She was professional and relatable and I'm really happy. I was able to find a doctor. I liked who I felt listened to me.

Dr. DiPaolo was excellent. She was very thorough, listened well to my concerns and provided me with a good plan moving forward. I felt a rapport with her immediately and was confident she had my best interests in heart.

Stay away! I have never seen a doctor with such a snarky, unprofessional demeanor. I asked a question, which she ignored, and when I asked again, I was told I was "harping." I was only trying to get an answer to my question. I left the office shocked that a professional would conduct herself in such a manner. We, as patients, deserve better.
