Office staff are rude, insensitive, and generally horrible. Have never been treated as badly as I was from the office staff. Love the doctor but refuse to go back ever again. The staff was so bad I gave up a good doctor - I recommend you do not go to the Chandler office for this doctor. My experience with the staff was so terrible I was not even remotely interested in seeing the doctor at his Mesa office.

I was sent to see Dr. Patel by another gastroenterologist. He immediately put me at ease, so easy to talk to and is the most kind and caring Dr. I have ever met. He has been great in caring for my pancreas problem. If you are looking for the correct diagnosis and the best of care, this is the Dr. Dr. Patel truly cares about you as a person as well as taking care of your physical needs.

If you want the best diagnosis and good results, this is the Dr you want to see. Best bedside manner of any Dr I have ever met. He truly cares about you and your health. He is the best of the best.

When I was scared because another doctor told me that i had colon cancer before he even examing me . Dr. Patel examine me and sent me for test and talk to me about the results . Thank god no cancer . He is very caring .
