Our daughter was in the ICU with acute pneumonia. It was very scary how sick she was but Dr. Gilley immediately performed a bronchoscopy to help my daughter and cultures were taken to determine the cause of her illness. With the amazing care of Dr. Gilley and the other doctors and nurses caring for our daughter they were able to determine her infection was caused by the Adenovirus. This was a key factor in determining her treatment to get better and explained why the antibiotics were not helping her. Dr. Gilley was so caring and concerned for our daughter. Dr. Gilley also determined that a thorencentesis procedure would remove fluids building up and pressing on her lungs. Dr. Gilley was there every step of the way ordering X-rays, ultrasounds, and tests. She never hesitated to make the right decisions to treat our daughter with difficult and advanced procedures, that helped speed up the process of our daughter's recovery. I can't even imagine where we would be today without… the care our daughter received from Dr. Gilley. She saved our daughter's life.

Dr Gillie was nice. I don’t think she was to concerned about my issues I have going on. I don’t feel she done anything to further diagnose my problem at the moment. Not considering I’ve had the same issue for a couple years. I will see when I go back in 6 weeks what she does then. As of right now I still have hard time breathing and don’t know why.

I couldn’t be more pleased. I had an excellent appointment. Dr Gilley is very through. She went back to my last visit and my stay in the hospital. She made a plan for my care for the next six months. I feel so lucky.

Doctor Gilley is a very excellent physician. I found her to always put her patients health care first. I've even shown up a day earlier than my correct date and Dr. Gilley still made time for me. Thank you Dr. Gilley!

Dr Gilley is fantastic. She is the only doctor to correctly diagnose my condition, eosinophilic asthma. She is also the only doctor to link many of my breathing problems with dangerously low vitamin D levels, and prescribes accordingly. She even personally called me by phone one time… No doctor ever does that! Dr Gilley is definitely the person in the picture, I’m not sure why smoe reviews are suggesting otherwise. Perhaps it’s a younger version, but it is definitely her. I see her at Grandview, where the staff is friendly, efficient, and operates like a well oiled machine. Perhaps if you see her at one of the other locations, it’s worth making the trip to Grandview instead. Dr Gilley is sensitive and kind, takes her time, I have never once felt rushed during our visits. Even though my case is relatively mild, she carefully assess where I am at each visit and diagnoses accordingly. Her nurse practitioner is also wonderful. She also supports the fact that I rely heavily on… vitamin D (she checks my levels frequently), thieves oil, also see a naturopath chiropractor. She has even worked in conjunction with my dentist to get me a sleep apnea mouthguard, after doing a home sleep apnea test. I very highly recommend Dr. Gilley! I have never had to wait an excessive amount of time. But if I did, I would certainly never just drive home and call, I would stick my head out of the office, and ask someone nearby what was taking so long. It’s important that one takes charge of one’s Health.

Even the photo is fake--I am a nurse & see her each time she is at Blount! Don't know how she pulled this off! Her patients are left waiting & often her instructions to them are so vague, they come to us for explanation. She is often hard to locate, even with paging.
