Completely unprofessional staff, would never go to this doctor ever again. Beyond disgusted. Not only unhelpful, but dismissive and unresponsive. Zero concern for patients.

I saw Doctor Ross when she came in to talk to me after her resident doctor (who is my doctor) had her come in as well to evaluate me etc, as the "Attending." Doctor Ross as well as her resident Dr. Lee were amazing!!! I NEVER, have had two very amazingly genius physicians with not only very high IQ'S and their latest "know how of Internal Medicine at New York Weill Cornell Internal Medicine, of The New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell outpatient Clinic located at the Helmsley Tower: 505 East 70th Street, N.Y., N.Y. , but also wowwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!! I never have had two doctors with so much great people skills who demonstrated to me that THEY CARE. Not me as a "number." If only all Medical Doctors were this good! At this such great Hospital which I will now ONLY go to for all my medical needs: New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center.
