I was in line for a transplant and of course due to Discrimination as a SMOKER I was denied a lifesaving surgery (non-metastesizing stage II Lymphoma) and being IN or UN Ambulatory, I was denied. do You think I should for losses?

My insurance card lists 1 of these doctors as my PCP. But I cannot get an appt with her. They ball the doctors up with teaching classes or otherwise, for some reason, only have them there 1 DAY A WEEK. Then they are so rushed, they don't remember you or lose contact in some other way. Their telemedicine tech IS TERRIBLE. When I use it at all, I usually have to go to a visit by fone instead, since they or I or both cannot get into the meeting. It's a weird zoom hybrid and it DOES NOT WORK MOST OF THE TIME. The admin staff is iffy: some good, some bad. Looking for new doctor. Or maybe where my doctor spends the other 4 days of the week.
