Dr thinks everyone 8d the same didn't listen to me about side effects of Medicine and told me to continue with it. Now 30 days and situation worsening. I have a follow up finally. Needless to say this will be my last time waiting. 9:30 appointment didn't happen until 10 bringing me to the back to wait for 30 min does not constitute you being on time Dr.it means your wasting mine. Especially when your staff is laughing in the hal.

Dr. Laurensin listens carefully, explains medication, tests and hospital records where I can understand. She has a wonderful patient relationship and easy to talk with/consult. The office staff has always been professional and quick returning Calla or setting appointments.

Never even got the appt. first time I called I was on hold then asked to give number for a callback. When I was called back, I spent 20 minutes on hold during work to get an appointment, the girl never came back, So I had to disconnect. I will NOT be seeing this doctor if this is an example of the care they give.
