Dr. Sanford Jay Brown, MD

Dr. Brown has been my family's primary care doctor for over three decades. He is caring and knowledgeable. He doesn't hesitate to make specialty referrals. He's easy to talk to and pleasant to be around. His office staff, Dahlia, is also pleasant, receptive, and quite effecient. I highly recommend him.

Very little help from this doctor, I am very disappointed in what help I did not receive, this guy doesnt remember half of my concerns nor will he address them. Seems like a run around a passing me off, pretty bad for having PPO insurance, I do not recommend him, I am now trying to find another doctor this one just put me off for another month with no help again, sending me for a exray to which he even said there wont be any results to help show my pains , what does that mean . Anyways having trouble finding CARE on this Town. Frustrating

Approved a colon resection surgery for my partner with a small early stage tumor who he knew had AFib. She, who otherwise was in excellent health for her age, suffered a stroke the day after she returned home from the surgery and died two weeks later.

This doctor doesn't want to doctor. He will tell you one thing, then tell you the opposite. He will rarely give you an exam, and seems more interested in just writing prescriptions and he forgets what he gave you the time before. He is down to four mornings a week and should just retire, he is no longer an effective doctor if, in fact, he ever was.
