I request they be deleted if possible as going back didn't prevent posting as I tried. Please keep only the one with numbered issues.

The review to use is the one which lists numbered issues. It isn't fair of me to say Banik is morally depraved or a thug as I can't say what the thinking behind his action was on all counts. I can explain that he doesn't listen and that he put me in a terrible position.

Thug is too inflammatory a word. I didn't wish to submit that review and had tried to press the back button before submitting. It posted anyway. If there is an admin, please discard it, or readers, use this one instead. 1. Banik did not listen. 2. Banik can be quite rude. 3. Banik rolled his eyes 4. Banik is dismissive 5. Banik's actions were against my best interest medically and otherwise 5. I know another person in town who I believe was also hurt by Banik's behavior. There is so much more that could be said.

Banik ignored every word I said and forced me to endure the second worst experience of my life. His vile actions have caused and will continue to cause severe and painful consequences. He exhibited behavior which was negligent and morally depraved.

This doctor was in a position of power over me following an attack which could have led to my death. I was fully competent at the time, but injured and traumatized. He was like Nurse Ratchet in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's nest. He rolled his eyes when I spoke. He lied in the paperwork. His choice to ignoring my words could have led to my death. His actions taken against my will left severe consequences. I know of another woman in town who he also threatened to force her to obey him. Banik's behavior is thuggish and violating. He doesn't care what you say and is egotistical to the point that he will ignore your situation and endanger your life.
