Sara is thorough I love that about her! I will not leave her office, her staff is great as well.

Dr. Apsley is very thorough and attentive, she always is looking out for her patients.

I went to see Dr Apsley-Ambriz for a lower back condition that impaired my normal routine. I could hardly walk. A Sports medicine doctor gave me a myriad of pain killers and muscles relaxers and I told Dr. Apsley that I did not care to cover the pain but rather to learn what causes my condition and to make the necessary changes to diminish pain and improve my quality of life. She saw me for several sessions doing exactly that. Education on self care. She is AMAZING!!!

Dr. Apsley-Ambriz is a great doctor. Enough to where I drive across town to keep her as my doctor. Today I called to make an appointment to refill my prescription for birth control and the girl on the phone told me I haven’t been in since 2016 and I’ve been kicked out as a patient. Although I’ve had a papsmear and biopsy done in the last year(not something you forget about) and they told me they have no record of that and they’re no longer accepting new patients. Not worth the drive to deal with this mess. Good luck to you Doctor having such a crew.

You will literally wait a long time to get back your results, don't expect a swift response. I waited a month to get back my results. *smh*

When you walk in, not greeted properly, not friendly at all. Have been left on phone for more than 5 to 10 minutes.

Dr. Apsley is a great doctor, and I like having her as my doctor. On the contrary, her behind the front desk staff are a huge letdown. They literally pass the buck on everything. Did I mention that their prescription refill system is HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!!! SMH!

Staff is horrible!!! The doctor is great!! Drop the trash staff and hire some people who CARE about your clients!!

I was admitted into a hospital for surgery. This doctor was my new PCD. I told her I could not take non steroidal anti-inflammatory meds. She prescribed one, and told the nurses to tell me, it was an antibiotic. I developed a gastric bleed. I needed home health care, but she would not prescribe it. Instead, I had to be admitted, into a hospital daily, for two weeks, for IV antibiotics. The hospital called her, to tell her, they did not admit patients daily, for this purpose. She yelled and screamed, and refused to order the home health, covered by my insurance. So I was required to spend 8 hours a day being admitted and dismissed from a hospital. I was under the care of a gastro doc for four months, after receiving the med, I told her I could not take. She does not listen to her patients. When in the hospital, I told her I was very ill, and vomiting blood. She told me, nothing was wrong with me. She did not order lab. The surgeon ordered a CBC and Chem screen, and found my WBC's… were 32,000. I would have died, had I gone home.

I want to try and save anyone who might be thinking of going to her. I went in because I needed a prescription to go to physical therapy under my insurance it says I can have a wellness exam, well she actually worked on my back even though I just told her I needed a prescription and was just here for the check -up to get the prescription. She did not help my back at all, so I get a bill from my insurance saying they won't cover a dime of it because it was a special visit!! Insurance told me that they could re-submit my paperwork and it would be covered. Just talked to Jennifer I believe and she was INSANELY rude!!! I could not believe how rude she was and unprofessional. She shot me down again and again. So Sara is supposed to call me back so if she does the right thing, I will re-rate her. But her staff is terrible, I am shocked that she even has people that come back to her!!
