My son got tested for autism about 2 months ago. After he got tested we got told the results would be back in 2 weeks... Here it is 2 months later and can't even get anyone to answer the phone. Leaving voicemails still nothing this place is a joke and takes your situation as a joke. Stay away!

I unfortunately did not see the reviews on other sites for Dr. Chase until after we had this issue, which is similar to many others reported. My mother went to Dr. Chase under a referral from a a neurologist to be tested for Alzheimer's or dementia. (The neurologist only wrote up the referral, he said we could pick any provider who does this testing.) We already knew my mom has memory issues which is why we went to the neurologist. My mom spent almost 3 hours being tested. I had to call and call to get the report, which took several weeks. After all that, the report did not even conclude whether or not my mom had Alzheimer's or dementia, it only said she had some memory issues! Duh! I contacted them 2 more times but no one called me back. Dead silence. This is unconscionable. People are suffering and Dr. Chase is not doing her job. I attempted to work through a grievance process with BCBS but that was a joke. They don't care either. It's been 3 months and we still have no… answers about my mom, but Dr. Chase still got paid from BCBS. What a complete scam. May Karma do its thing, Dr. Chase.

Lets staff abuse patients. Stay clear

Awful. Phony. Works on courts behalf. Not patient.
