Interesting to see the posts here. I agree, this doctor is not only cold she seems to be malignant and punitive to those around her. She believes her opinion is holier than thou and it shows in her interactions with patients and her staff. Maybe she’s good at the administrative tasks that come with her role but she should probably call it and pass the baton to a better person.

Honestly this should more be on website for teachers in the medical field. But I have to say as a medical resident who worked closely with Dr Kilpatrick, she never tried to show any support or guidance to me when I was having a tough time in residency. She always belittled me in front of other doctors and was never caring or sympathetic to my problems. She should have provided more guidance as I was her student. I would have listened if she spoke to me without criticism, hatred, and disdain.

I've been a patient as well as worked with her. She has her opinions and is NOT open minded about hearing others opinion. Holier than though attitude. Baby came out early and should have not been delivered - should not have listened to her advice. Baby had nec as a newborn. And bad nicu course.
