Dr. Sarah Musoke Matovu, MD

I thought she was going to be good because she listened to me. She told me she had some prescriptions for me...That was on Monday...Here it is Friday and still has not called them in. Her office rarely answers phone and when they do, they say, yeah she is definitely getting you taken care of today. Your file is on top of her desk. I'm very frustrated. Wanted it to work out with her. But there seems to be no follow through. Promises, promises...

The staff could use some customer service and hospitality training. A cheerful greeting and better cust.serv at the desk could prove comforting, and improve the overall experience for patients, in my opinion. I often have issues with meds being sent promptly to my pharm, if at all sometimes. It then becomes stressful to go thru receptionist, nurse, doctor approval, my pharm calling & faxing them etc. to finally get it done. I am chronically ill & have appts every month so this gets frustrating and exhausting at times. Ms.Brenda is one to count on to get things done!(shout out Ms.Brenda!!) Dr.Matovu has been a wonderful Dr. to me since day 1& that has never changed! She is very thorough with dx, treatment, and follow-up care. She is always very professional, with outstanding bedside manner. The wait time can be a bit much tho sometimes. On average, am appts take my whole morning, and the same with afternoon apts. I usually prepare to be there for about 3hrs. I think she is in high… demand, but well worth the wait!

Dr. Matovu is a great doctor but the thing that really makes it a bad experience for me is the waiting time. Every time I go to an appointment I'd have to wait at least an hour HOWEVER I do know that she does whatever she can to help her patients. She's still the one of the greatest!

Excellent doctor, poor staff. The wait time including rescheduling an appointment is horrible.

Dr. Sarah Matovu should not have a medical licence. She is a joke to the medical profession. She along with her staff are disrespectful rude to patients. She treated my father for a year and had no idea what she was treating him for and asked him why she was writing pain medicine for him. She should not have a medical licence

This doctors office is a joke. The staff is rude and talks about all patients in front of other patients. The doctor does not listen to anything you try to tell her. All she will say is sorry I can't help you.

Dr. Motovu has been my doctor for years. Because of new ins. I didn't see herfor a few years. We are back togheteragain and I am getting the professional care that I need and the personal touch tht she always give.
