It was the worst mistake to come to this place. It make my life very unhappy

Dr. Alavi did an amazing job!!! Don’t listen to the 2 bad reviews of disgruntled customers that probably couldn’t afford it to begin with and wanted a refund. Lol. He knows exactly how to sculpt your body to where the curves are perfect. Will go back again for other procedures if needed!

I had a neck lift approximately four years ago. As soon as my swelling went down, it was very noticeable that there was no difference, either surgery was not done or not done correctly. The doctor, Alavi did agree to perform the surgery again. He did so within the same year. A year later the lift disappeared and I informed the doctor that I believed whatever he tighten had teared. I informed him more than once saying the neck is again back to the original state and it is so soon. He suggested I have Botox injected there over the phone without seeing me. Since then I requested a breast augmentation consultation and meanwhile to look at the neck. He continues to postpone my consultation after several times. I understand there is COVID but his office is still operating with precaution. And when he postpones my consultation appointments they are months apart. I believe he is doing this intentional to avoid me all. He thinks I will go elsewhere and forget about it. The first… time when I did the neck lift I said I would not write a bad review but now that the second one did not last but a couple of years plus he is avoiding me, I am doing so. I would give him a one star however he did do the surgery the second time around and that is why I give him two. BTW I also had my an under eye lift which is back to the original state within four years and started to show the bags within two years. Sometimes I wonder if the surgeries were actually performed at all. It seems like they were cut, the swelling fills in the result appearing as if you had a lift.

On 2018 I visit this dr Sassan Alavi for face lift and I also requested my neck and forehead be done, I paid in full for everything, what I received was not what out come was, and I explain to dr. Alavi. I was devastated with the result. He did not do what I paid for it. After all the swelling was gone I experience a bad itchy in my forehead and a lot irritation in my face. I felt at that moment that surgery was the worst experience in my life because it shows like he didn’t performed this surgery or somebody did it for him with out experience and I look worts that when I went to his office the first time. He tried to performed a second surgery, of course I did not accept and I requested my money back. He talk to me like I was out of my mind. But at the same time he toll me to go true his insurance and I still waiting for his respond. This doctor should not be in business, he is not honored his worlds and take his patients like we are a joke.

dr alavi and his team made me feel comfortable right from the start. I was out like a light. woke up all done and disoriented. went back to work in 8 days. . new body ! yay

Today is my 12 weeks Post-op! Britney, Carol & Dr Alavi are Amazing!! Had a mommy make over, results are awesome! Still in Awe! The only bad thing is I still have severe pain, but I don't think it had anything to do with his work... I just hope my body isn’t rejecting my new girls. ?? I love them! Im hoping and praying my breast do stop aching & hurting...Again it’s only 12 weeks, so I hope complete healing, with no pain so I can feel normal again! Thinking and staying positive as I heal! I had my 1 month follow-up appointment for my Breast Lift and Augmentation and I am so happy with my results. I've been doing my research on board certified plastic surgeons for more than 10 years and have had some consultations (to include consultations that I had to pay for)! My consultation with Dr. Alavi was free, but after I met with him I would have paid to do it again. He really took his time to listen to me. I thought that I knew exactly what I wanted from the cc's to the incision. I'm so grateful that he knew how to interpret my desires to give me exactly what I wanted!!! I had my surgery with Dr. Sassan Alavi in San Diego, CA. I received Allergan 525cc Natrelle Inspira SRX (silicone, under the muscle, periareolar). My breasts are still healing and dropping, but they look and feel better every day. I LOVE my results! Dr. Alavi has restored my confidence (with the help of Natrelle Inspira Implants)! I cannot rave enough about Dr. Alavi and his team and what an amazing… experience I had. My husband loves the results too! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Alavi to my closest friends and family! After years of thinking about and searching for a doctor I could trust to help me get my pre-baby body back I found Dr. Alavi. I read other patient reviews and did additional research on line about the Center for Cosmetic Surgery and decided to contact his office. From the start he and his staff have been helpful and supportive. They have kept in contact with me from the beginning and especially through my entire recovery. It's been over 4 months since my surgery and I am thrilled with the results of my tummy tuck! I highly recommend Dr. Alavi and his practice.

I interviewed several doctors before making mt decision to go to Center for Cosmetic Surgery and could not be happier with my decision. Dr. Alavi and his team truly care about their patient both pre and post op. I am 4 weeks post op and they are still following up to be sure I do not ave any questions or needs as I roll through recovery. The office is private and the staff is amazingly helpful.How many physicians review cases weeks after surgery and follow up weekly during case review. Aside from the amazing care the outcome of my augmentation and lipo are life changing. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a decision that was so very personal to me.
