First - Dr. Satia is a wonderful, kind, attentive doctor who provides excellent treatment. I feel fortunate to have him for my Orthopedist. But - It seems obvious that there are not enough doctors and definitely not enough office staff to handle the patient load at KW. These are a few examples but they represent nearly every appointment or call-back. Example1: I was early for my appointment today, but didn't see the doctor until 45 minutes after my appointment time. Example 2: I saw the doctor in mid-February and he said his staff would call to schedule a procedure within two weeks. I never received a call until mid-June! Example 3: When I call the office for any reason, the hold time is a minimum of 20 minutes and usually longer and, after waiting, I sometimes got a voicemail box instead of a person. I hope KW will work on hiring, because these problems seriously impact patient care.

I waited one hour before called in to see a nurse. The doctor came in shortly thereafter. We discussed my pain and what next step to take. Dr. Satia listened, was attentive and seemed to understand my pain.
