My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Manickam for several years and she has always been accessible, which is so important in a doctor. She will make time if you need to be seen, even if she has no appointments to give. She is unhurried during the appointment, listening to the patient, reassuring with her depth of knowledge and sense of caring. She also follows up even if the patient is remiss. A compassionate, humane doctor who genuinely care for her patients. Thank you for being there for us, Dr. Manickam.

So thorough, brilliant. Easy to talk to, and because of honest 2 way communications, arrives at accurate diagnosis w/o time and money waste. Everything a Dr. should be--caring for patient above self or monetary motives. What a godsend!

I feel like she is my friend as well as my doctor. She is easy to talk to. She is trustworthy and wants what is best for her patients. Her nurse is also very very sweet.

My experience with Dr. Manickam was horrible. She did not listen to me. Seemed very uptight and concerned about having to review my health in the short time of the appointment. She said things to me like if I cannot come to see her more often, something could go wrong and then she would be sued. She also mentioned she does not get paid to read other doctors reports or emails from me. She seemed more concerned about what Hopkins practice would think when seeing records than listening to what I had to say about things I have done to monitor my health. She seems to be more concerned about the practice than being thoughtful and caring toward her patients. She argued with me and was very unprofessional.

Made an appointment for my husband and he was really happy after the appointment . He thinks the doctor is caring and thorough .

Dr. Manickam is thoughtful and very thorough, asks questions that other doctors often do not. This is helpful in figuring things out that are difficult to diagnose. She looks at a patient in a holistic way, the entire person, this has been true for me my my aging parents and my young children.

I would tell anyone looking for a excellent Doctor to go to her. she cares and watches out for you. keeps you informed of all test and always gives her time to you.
