Dr. Sayed Mohammed Zaki, MD

He isn't worth it. He'll set an appointment with you only to speak of other patients to you. He won't help you change medications if they aren't working for you. He will take things you trusted him with and use them against you later on in inappropriate situations. He's a straight up hack. Don't go to him.

Dr. Zaki is a caring professional physician. He takes the time to communicate with me via text messages when I have difficulty making it into his office. He is more concerned with my mental health than with billing me! He is very knowledgeable. All in all, he is a great shrink!!

I decided to stop seeing Dr Zaki after he told me to leave my wife, stop helping my mother, and to stop seeing my family doctor. Now, that I have chosen to see a real professional, he calls me all the time and he sends me texts messages at all hours. A true professional will NOT tell you to leave the people you love and care about. What he should have done was, SUGGESTED marriage counseling, or for me to see a therapist. I feel he is stalking me and harassing me. No means no! I will be filling a complaint about his behavior. It is very disturbing to say the least.

Dr. Saki has more knowledge about medications and diseases than another psychiatrist I saw. The first psychiatrist only wanted to push pills at me and told me I would be on them the rest of my life. Dr. Zaki is weaning me off of a medication that has caused me side effects for a long time and is doing it slowly so I will not have problems with it. I am very glad I have finally found a psychiatrist who knows what he is doing and cares enough to do the right thing for the patient.

First to be fair, Dr. Zaki is a very knowledgable doctor of medicine who is good at diagnosing problems and he demonstrated a lot of a patience when dealing with some difficult patients. That said, he is really awful about a few things. He is super spacey about refilling prescriptions, and I can't tell you how many times the pharmacy had to give me a few pills or I went off medications for extended periods of time because the pharmacy couldn't reach him for refills. His bedside manner was also awful. He stops you in midsentence the second your time is up. His secretary refuses to even make eye contact or smile. He also may try to bill you for past copays that he originally claimed he was waiving.

He is always on time and courteous. He spends enough time with me without making the appointment much too long and boring. He accurately diagnosed me and has me on medications that are working much better than those of my previous doctors. I greatly disagree with the other persons comment in saying that their child needing bloodwork. I also have bipolar and ADHD and was required to do the same routine thing and it helped Dr. Zaki prescribe the correct medication and dose.
