Dr. Scott Jeffrey Cahoon, MD

My husband had a hip replacement performed by Scott Cahoon. It was a botched replacement. We got a second opinion and was told the hip was botched. He needed 3 more hop surgeries and due to falling on the bad hip he injured his spinal cord, which led to his inability to walk, drive, mow the lawn. Inactivity ruined his heart and he died 2 months ago.

I had total knee replacement 6 weeks ago. Although still healing. I could not be more pleased with the care provided by Dr. Cahoon and his staff. I would recommend to anyone.

We met Dr. Cahoon for surgery consult. He explained everything thoroughly about what the surgery involves and what to expect. He explained so thoroughly that we didn’t really have any questions to ask. We are feeling very confident about his ability and expertise. He also told us that he has twenty four years of experience in his field and that put us more at ease as well.

Health Patient Portal Per website "Communicate privately with physicians via messaging". This does not happen with this doctor. He allows his Office to respond with no acknowledgment of who is doing the responding to the e-mail( privacy rights violated). Does not show any concern nor does he discuss x-ray with patient. Made an inaccurate evaluation of my condition without any questions/ test. Had taken earlier test to indicate he was inaccurate about my condition.
