Easy to work with, and scheduled appointments at my convenience. He explained everything so that my daughter could understand it and she wouldn't be afraid. Always a happy patient.

My son is about to lose his job because he missed more than 3 days after crushing a bone in his eye socket. All he needs is a note that states he is fit to return to work and we can't get one. The doctor said just let it heal on it's own and take some antibiotic. Here we are a week later and the hateful nurse refuses a note that states he is fit ti return and claims the doctor is away for a week.

I needed to see a ENT due to a car accident. After the appointment was scheduled for weeks, they called and cancelled my appointment even though I have health insurance because State Farm was also going to pay out. They refused to see me, claiming that there was a third party insurance company. All insurance is third party and they reached out to them to get the bills to pay before any were incurred. The office manager instructed me that they didn't want to risk a court battle over payment. I have never given a bad review to anyone, obviously there is a first time for everything. To me this means this doctor and the Ear Nose and Throat Specialists of Tulsa are entirely too concerned about making sure they get payment than actually caring for their patients.

He diagnosed my problem and scheduled surgery at my convenience. He discussed the issues in a clearly understandable manner (not a lot of medical jargon). His follow up after surgery has been excellent! I would highly recommend him given his experience, bedside mannerism and excellent communication.

Three of my family have been seen and operated on by Dr. Cordray. (I was the first) We have all been pleased with his care/results of surgery.
