I was very impressed with the office and the cleanliness. I had a referral from Sutter I had no idea of the shortage of Derm providers in the area. I was very pleased with MIke's care after my skin check I was at ease with concerns I had. I was very impressed with the girl that roomed me Teresa she was very sweet and informative. I have to say I love the product selection and option of derm and cosmetic.

Dr. Scott Hearth is meticulous. He is detail oriented, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I went in for a condition, he made me feel like I was his only patient all day. He treated me, scheduled a follow up in two weeks and he reassessed my treatment. He is very thorough doctor who obviously cares about his patients!! I have been a patient of Dr Hearth for many years. He takes care of my regular dermatological needs along with cosmetic procedures. I have had IPL a number of times for redness on my face, Botox and lip fillers. I have been very happy with my results. My family members are also patients. I highly recommend Dr Hearth.

Dr. Hearth was excellent - consultation visit was thorough and today's treatment went very well. He explained the procedure prior to starting and reviewed the after care treatment and expectations. Office and medical staff were very friendly and attentive.

I've been to see Dr. Hearth many times, Dr. Hearth and his staff are highly professional; and recommend them to anyone who needs skin care.

I believe these people are about money only. My husband felt like the doctor did not check him out completely. There is construction on the building that was going on while he was having his appointment and there were no curtains and he was told to get undressed. As soon as my husband got in the car, I noticed a spot on his ear and asked him if the doctor took note about it. He said no. So when we got home, I called the office to let them know about this spot. Office person said there would be another charge if he wanted to come back in and that the patient was asked if he noticed anything. Well, you don't usually notice things in your ear. Anyway, sounds like they want money and that's all they care about. Didn't sound like the doctor did a thorough checkup. We will be searching for a new doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Hearth. Very glad I found him for my skin needs.

Staff is rude. Dr was whispering with assistant about my skin. Rude, cold and unprofessional.
