Dr Kramer is very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. I am very thankful for his prompt treatment actions for sudden hearing loss and recovery. Dr Kramer and his staff are very professional, extremely patient and supportive. I highly recommend.

Dr. Kramer is not my usual ENT but was able to get me in on short notice. I was impressed by how attentive and thorough he was. I would not hesitate to schedule an appointment with him again.

I like Dr. Kramer. He’s pleasant, has excellent clinical skills, and took his time with my wife and me. We never felt rushed, and he explained my situation and options clearly. I’d highly recommend for someone needing an ENT doc.
