Dr. Scott David Miller

If I could give Dr. Miller six stars, I would! He patiently explained my treatment situation and options to my wife and me, in a manner that was respectful and kind. He is not the slightest bit arrogant. Dr. Miller removed my prostate gland and as these experiences go, it could not have been better. His staff was just outstanding. Dr. Miller actually called me the night BEFORE my operation to check on me. I was simply stunned and it was so genuine that I was deeply moved by his concern for his patients. I can't recommend him more highly to you. He is truly a credit to his profession.

I had a nephrectomy done with Dr Miller. He was great! He explained everything prior to the surgery. He even called me a couple of times when I sent him questions via MyChart. Surgery went well with very minimal pain. Recovery was quick. Dr Miller is very thorough and personable. Nice bedside manners. Doctors like him are rare. Very pleased with Dr Miller!!

After interviewing 3 surgeons, I selected Dr. Miller. I could not be happier with the outcome and the short duration of the common side-effects of my surgery. I read the statistics and feared that I would be permanently affected but, after 6 months post-surgery, I'm 99% back to where I was pre-surgery. I firmly believe its due to the skill of Dr. Miller. As a side note, North Fulton Hospital's surgical center was wonderful.

Dr. Miller is professional, competent and attentive. He treated me like one of his close friends and gave details for the procedures he’s going to perform. He is different from other doctors in that he reviewed my medical documents in advance even days before the appointment. He is one of the most prominent doctors in Atlanta who perform robotic surgeries. He is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and humble. I’m very fortune to have him as my surgeon. He is definitely one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen.

Thirteen months ago in May 2018 Dr. Miller performed his "patented" prostate procedure on my very large prostate - cored it out and reattached bladder to far end of the prostate. He explained the procedure very well. I checked his reputation with an Emory urologist and a Mayo Clinic urologist and they knew of his procedure and reputation and told me I would not go wrong with Dr. Miller. I'm 75 years old and should have had the procedure done decades ago. I was always afraid of the aftermath of such a surgery and I couldn't have been more wrong. I had no complications, I healed quickly, and I cannot be more satisfied with the results. I have no reservations on recommending Dr. Miller for any service, especially his surgery.

He is attentive, thorough, competent and fun! Course my husband is the one who had the surgery. He may not have thought it was a walk in the park.
