DO NOT LET THIS MAN OPERATE ON YOU!!! HE HAS RUINED MY FACE I AM PERMANENTLY DISFIFURED FOR A YEAR HE KEPT TELLING ME IT WILL GET BETTER JUST TO GIVE IT TIME. I TRIED FACIAL EXERCISES, PHYSICAL THERAPY, TENS UNIT, ACUPUNCTURE, NOTHING HAS HELPED! I GAVE IT TIME AND NOTHING CHANGED HE DAMAGED/CUT NERVES IN MY FACE. HE TOLD ME TO SEE ONE OF HIS ASSOCIATES TO SEE IF FACIAL NERVE WAS VIABLE HE TOLD ME THERE WERE OPTIONS IF IT WAS VIABLE AND IF IT WAS NOT.WHEN I ASKED HIM WHAT COULD BE DONE TO FIX IT IF IT WAS NOT HE SAID HE DID NOT KNOW. I WENT TO A NEUROLOGIST & WAS TOLD DAMAGE WAS PERMANENT I TOLD HIM & HE SAID HE DID NOT BELIEVE IT!! I AM LIVING WITH A FACE THAT WILL NEVER BE NORMAL AGAIN!!! I HOPE HE IS ABLE TO LIVE WITH HIMSELF AFTER RUINING MY FACE & LIFE!!!! I HAVE FACIAL PARALYSIS, NUMBNESS, SYNKENSIS, FREYS SYNDROME, JAW PAIN, EYE PAIN. EAR PAIN. I WOULD RATHER HAVE A TUMOR THAN HAVE FACE BECAUSE OF HIM I AM PERMANENTLY DEFORMED!!! MY FACE WILL NEVER… LOOK LIKE IT DID BEFORE SURGERY. BEST I CAN HOPE FOR IS TO USE BOTOX (FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE)TO MAKE MY FACE LOOK MORE SYMETRICAL!! BUT IT WILL NEVER BE THE WAY IT WAS BEFORE SYRGERY. I WISH SOMEONE HAD PUT A REVIEW ON BEFORE HE CUT ON ME! .

I got the worst surgery from this surgeon. Totally wrong diagnose n neglected me to get another flap procedure which is given another big deep scar on my face, to cover the mistakes he made.He completely destroyed my columella n more nasal tissue . My face appearance is significant screwed up from him. No surgeon in town would fixed it. After all rib graft, ear graft, sinus surgery from dr Scharer,My breathing , sinus , n appearance outcome is absolutely worse than before.my nose is out of function now. He has no experiences how to fix my nose. He blamed n judged other very good surgeon . He is the worst . He lied, he judges, he overpowered his ability, he has zero cosmetic sense .he has no skiill n talent on any surgery. He would not tell patient he was going out of town till the nurse told me. He has never told me to get any ct scan till I asked for before surgery. He didn't examine n not well prepared before operation. He didn't care n listen where the patient 's pain… come from. He does what he want . N he also mocked me when I drew n the measurements which r very important for symmetrical procedure but he thinks it is not necessary . This is the message to everyone .Don't waste time n not even co pay money on him. He is the worst ENT I have ever met.

I have been suffering from serious issues related with a deviated septum. Upon arrival of my 8:00AM appointment I was greeted to find out that someone had canceled my appointment later the day before and was told to return another day and that my appointment. As a business man, if one can not even take care of small things then I wouldn't want to trust them with my health. And to add onto this disappointment, a blonde women checked in and walked swiftly into the back room, not paying copay or following proper medical protocol. I recommend to seriously consider this doctor before you trust his work. If he can't take his patients or his practice seriously then I wouldn't want to take him seriously with your health. Please consider this, I'm thankful he wasn't given the opportunity to receive any medical assistance from him. I hope you are this fortunate as well.

Very easy office to get into as far as setting up an appointment. I believe I only had to wait about a week before my child was seen. As far as finding the office [with it being inside Baptist Hospital] it was difficult to find and I had to ask for directions since its not in your typical room. Staff is friendly and so is the doctor. He spent around 20-25 minutes with my daughter and I and did everything himself instead of throwing some of the work off on his staff like other doctors have done. I asked for a quote on a certain procedure my daughter needs, if insurance doesnt cover it, and I received my answer in written form the very next day through the mail. I will be working with this office for my daughter's surgery.

HE IS AN AMAZING YOUNG DOCTOR, BUT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I TOOK MY MOTHER IN-LAW TO SEE HIM HE DIDN'T WASTE ANYTIME. HE DID TEST THAT WAS NEEDED. AND TOLD HER WHAT YOU NEED IS TO SEE A GI DOCTOR. VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE. VERY FRIENDLY. HE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AS WELL. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS ONE ENT.
