Dr. Scott Jeffrey Small, MD

Went once and will be changing doctors. Staff is unfriendly and rude. Very slow at returning calls and get upset with you when you are frustrated that you had to wait days/weeks for a return call. Tried to insist I come in for routine blood work during COVID-19 outbreak. Dr. Small himself is very direct and blunt and tries to diagnose without even listening to hear all of the symptoms and concerns.

For being a good doctor who cares and listens.

Feel very comfortable with Gina mad his staff. Bedside manner is polite and feels welcoming. Not overly serious and not too quick to push me out for the next patient.

No wait time, was actually called early. Dr. Small is very thorough, and spends as much time as needed with you to answer questions and concerns.

Dr. Small is the best physician I have encountered in a very long time. He is very thorough, takes the time to understand the history of what has been done to date, and is always candid and helpful. His assistant Veronica is also very helpful and always returns calls. In my experience this is the best internal medicine practice in the area.

This is only my 2nd visit to Dr. Small. He is prompt, courteous and most of all knowledgeable! All of those make for everything you want and need in a doctor's visit.
