First time here and omg

I do not like him. He does not care about you. The place is a mess.

Waiting time is horrendous. They are not following first to log in. Staff so so. Doctor just fine. Not sure if I still want to come back. Most of the time just wasted my time waiting to be seen by doctor.

the doctor does care about you.................when i was in the office i over hear the doctor girlfriend mention that more people come in the richer the doctor get. they don't care about you or any one.... they just se you as money maker. the does not even listen and spend time you....the wait time is horrible.

Love him he's an excellent Dr.!

So inconsistent-one time you see him and he's nice, the next time he's irritable and doesn't want to be bothered with your needs or concerns. It's like he's not even the same person. However, more often than not, he has poor bedside manner. He doesn't want to spend any more than 5 minutes with you and is constantly rushing you and talking over you. Flat out he does not want to be bothered!! It's really insulting considering that one goes to a doctor to seek help and one is having concern relating to their health. His conduct is more than suggestive that he could care less! Staff barely speaks English and nobody seems to know what they are talking about (the staff appears consistently confused-I have no idea if anyone is home). Very unorganized staff (including Dr. Tran). Office is cluttered and dirty. Patient files are literally placed/left on the floor-I've seen it with my own eyes! Wait time is almost always more than an hour/ hour and a half. Would not recommend this guy to… anyone.

Dr.Tran is a great physician. Me and my husband can not trust anyone else but him. For 7 years he's been treating us just like the first time. He remembers every detail from your past visits and he'll give you all the answers to your questions with care. Once i had an appointment with him and I happen to brought my toddler w/ me which is a perfect time because my toddler accidentally touched the iron and burned his skin.. Dr.Tran didn't hesitate to treat it and he even gave me medication. His office may look a bit dated but i'd rather go there than any fancy office filled with snobby employees.

I dont know what all the bad reviews are about. This is my 3rd transfer to a new doctor because all the previous ones were old and gave me the run around, and didn't help when I needed help. Wait:Waiting here is a little better than a 1 hr plus wait at my previous places, which was way smaller than this place. This place is gigantic! Workers:The workers who were checking up on me were nice, ask how i was doing, even though they weren't smiling that much. Doctor:This is my first time seeing a doctor dressed in a suit and not a scrub, which was pretty cool. He was in a frantic pace from all the patients waiting for him. He was with me for about 7 mins~. First he asked me why i wanted to see him, recommended some treatments, tell me to call him or make another appointment if i needed further help. He wrote me a prescription and got me out of there. It was fast but effective. But as I revisited his place more, i got to chat with him a little more and know about him. Hands down, cool guy.… Advice: You want better service, just smile and if they treat you badly then leave. Took me three doctors to find this one.You want less wait, then make an appointment earlier. I made an appointment at 10am and there was like a few people waiting, and wait time was reduced to 15-20 mins wait.

Don't be desperate to go to this hole! First the reception staff is unprofessional, very keystone cops like, they don't seem to know what they are doing, especially the paper jockey in the back Julie, I don't think she is licensed in anything!! Talk about rude!! Dr. Tran isn't really interested in what you have to say, he over talks everyone and doesn't hear anything. Just bad, bad, bad!!!!
