Because of his expertise in his field his surgical skills on my revision surgery allowed me to walk and sit again without pain. Because he helped me I was able to care for my dying husband a year later. He is a great surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him. I am from NH so I was lucky enough to be referred to him. The surgeons I saw in my state said they couldn't help me. But Doctor Tromanhauser did. I am forever grateful to him.

after being in treatment with other doctors in 2011 and diagnosed with minor disk problem and back therapy, with worst excruciating back pain, took the same MRI to Dr. Tromanhauser at the Boston Spine Group and was diagnosed with spondylosis and not one but 4 degenerated disks, scheduled surgery to replace the worst 2 disks in my spine with an anterior back lumbar body fusion surgery, Dr. Tromanhauser gave me back my back, have not experienced any back pain requiring pain medicine ever since 2011 and keep counting, He is the real , honest and the best of all.

Simply an outstanding physician. He carefully explains his findings in language the layperson can understand. He spends the time to get to know his patients and their concerns. His track record as an orthopedic back surgeon is top flight.

Dr T instills trust, knowledge, and skill and his results prove it. His PA's are similarly blessed. I'm a year plus after my fusion and in my mind I'm 18 again. The office staff that deals with his schedules are helpful and accommodating. The only weak link in the Newton office are those at the front desk who could use a refresher course on customer service and attitude. No complaints about the Southboro staff.

I had successful back surgery almost three years ago and I have recommended Dr Tromanhauser in the past to others who too have been very extremely happy with him - he's a great doctor! A rare find!!
