Dr. Scott David Wellman, MD

Dr. Wellman was my daughter's pediatrician from birth. At her one month check up he said he felt something in her abdomen that didn't seem right. That was the beginning of a two year process to determine that her right kidney was not functioning at all and there were problems with the function of her left. It was a very scary time for our family and there were times when we weren't sure what would happen next. She had reactions to antibiotics she was taking to prevent any infections in here left kidney and many visits to specialists to measure the funtion of that kidney. Through it all, Dr. Wellman was always there to explain everything in terms we could easily understand. I never really had a chance to thank him for all he did for us. Today, my daughter is a healthy 26 year old woman and I feel very blessed to have her in my life. Thank you Dr. Wellman! I am so grateful that you were her pediatrician and were so conscientious about her care!!
