Dr. Sean Patrick Casey, MD

Dr. Casey is a good doctor, as he's patient and listens; however, dealing with the members of his staff is quite frustrating, as they do not follow through or follow up on things and when they are called out about it, they are nonchalant and give major attitude. Because of a previous negative interaction with an employee in his billing department and a recent issue with his staff not communicating important information to Dr. Casey regarding a serious health matter, which resulted in a two week delay in me getting the follow up testing that I needed, I made the decision to find another practice and stop seeing Dr. Casey. He has a couple of bad apples (specifically one by the name of Thai) who need to be plucked from the bunch.

Office staff is friendly. Dr. Casey is easy to talk to, thorough, and seems to be pretty down-to-earth in his approach, which I appreciate. I had a great experience, and I feel like I've finally found a Primary Care I am happy with. He listens to what you have to say and doesn't seem rushed to get to anything/anyone else while he's with you.
