Went to Dr. Jones-Quaidoo for a 2nd opinion and felt much better after the consultation. He was clear, thorough and patient. Answered our questions and gave us the benefits and risks involved with the surgery. Just need to decide. Very knowledgeable.

He did not diddle around - neck issues are gone. I am no longer a hazard on the road because I can now turn my head. Incision healed cleanly and is not noticeable. Do what he and his staff tell you and the recoup is easy.

Dr. Jones-Quaidoo and his staff are outstanding! Great customer service and very professional. I had an issue with my cervical spine for more than 5 years. ACDF surgery was the best decision and I’m thankful that Dr. Jones-Quaidoo got me feeling great again!

Dr. Quaidoo appeared kind (but was very arrogant), the office Manager (aka his WIFE) was completely RUDE and didn't care for any feedback!! Dr. Q is aware of the office/staff rudeness, but nothing will change as his wife runs the show! Too bad... An office staff can make or break a Dr.s rep ... GOOD OR BAD... this one is BAD!!

There was a particular member of staff that was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I brought this to the attention of the doctor and he asked did I want to see another doctor my first visit after my surgery. Come to find out, through other reviews, this staff member was his wife. Keep your work life separate if she doesn't have interpersonal skills to deal with people coming in scared and in real pain. Not to mention, he didn't fully explain my condition. After my surgery he says- this should tie you over until the next one : /

Dr Jones-Quaidoo is an excellent spine doctor who goes above and beyond to help his patients. He displays active listening skills to understand your individual spinal issues. Dr Jones-Quaidoo spent time with me reviewing all test results and together we came up with a treatment plan. It is highly apparent that he is invested in all of his patients care and quality of life. His office staff are friendly, approachable, and professional. I highly recommend Dr Jones-Quaidoo.

I give Dr. Jones-Quaidoo a 5 on a 5 scale. He was terrific with me, offering surgery to relieve a most painful lumbar stenosis. On top of the surgery I give praise for the office visits, quick, efficient, and encouraging. My whole recovery process was explained clearly. And it worked!

Dr. Jones-Quaidoo is a very compassionate, supportive, caring doctor. I was very apprehensive about my spine surgery. Dr. Jones-Quaidoo talked me thru the steps necessary to get me back to pain free living. I am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful surgeon who really supports and cares about you as a person. I would recommend him to anyone who is experiencing back issues. The entire staff is awesome. Thank you guys so very much for helping me get back to a pain free life.
