Dr. Sean Sang-Van To, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. To for many years. He has always taken the time to talk with me about my various medical conditions. He is professional, honest, and a well respected doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. To for 6 years. For the first few years I found him to be good. But not anymore. He looks at his computer, doesn't look at me, doesn't listen to me and dismisses whatever I say. I can't explain why I have waited so long to make a change, but I have changed physicians and am much happier.

He is very kind and patient. He listens carefully and explains every aspect of ailment and prescribes meds thoroughly...

I never can get in to see Dr. To, I always get the P.A. They always bill as though I am seeing Dr. To. No matter what problem I seem to have Dr. To is either not in the office or booked way out. It would be nice to see the actual Doctor at times! I don't spend half of my paychecks for a PPO, to see a P.A. that doesn't even have the qualifications!
