Dr. Sebastian Marcelo Guman, MD

Just bad. He wants the appointment to be less than 5 minutes and rushes you out without explaining anything. Few surgeries for thousands of dollars that did nothing. He provides no information and told me he couldn't help me anymore. His solution was ibuprofen.. for a surgically repaired back that had tumors removed. He was so bitter that his procedures didn't work that he wrote false claims in my record. He wrote lies in my chart about asking for drugs when I came to him as an alternative to opiods. I already have tons of pills prescribed from real neurology doctors that i do not take. They always offer and I refuse. This is the last person i would ask for pills. He's trying to paint me as a pill seeker and popper. I don't need them from him and already have plenty i do not use so there's no addiction. He doesn't care to even look into my records. I'm working on getting his lies off of my records. If he ever takes my calls. It's Libel. I am strongly against opiods for myself because… of previous post surgery addiction, and it's all in my file. Complete Libel. I have sources looking into the matter. I believe he didn't think I would notice. Any one of my 20 doctors can vouch that I reject pills. specialist Guman, not doctor, is not a professional at all. Always check what he writes in your file. -10 out of 10

I was admitted into the hospital for back pain and found out I have a herniated disk. This doctor was referred to me and went to my drs visit and I was in so much pain that I could barley move. He set up an apt for spinal injection for 10 days out. I asked him what I was supposed to do in the mean time with the pain and working and it was a pretty much well live with it.. UM so I ended up in the hospital 3 days later and they prescribed an anit-immflatory and steriod and within 24 hours I was able to move again and not be in so much pain. I am seeking a 2nd opinion as this doctor was horrible and didnt care.

The best Doctor I have ever had. I wish he was my Primary. If I could rate him a 10 I would turn it up to 11. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. He actually has taken the time to get to know me. How many Doctors do you know that takes that kind of time? If I could only say one thing about him I would say the best. I am a real patient and not a paid actor.

I do not recommend Dr. Guman. He was so focused on the reports and HIS questions, that he never allowed me to explain the issue. He did his exam and as far as he was concerned, the imaging reports indicated my pain was trivial at best. It was very frustrating to be treated as though my pain wasn't justified and not allowed the opportunity to be listened to.

Exellent professional . I Feel much better after injection on my back.

Wonderful experience with this kind and compassionate man. I felt like he trully listened and cared about me. Never rushed. Took his time.
