Dress. St. Claire did my neck surgery and it great. Didn't have pain before and don't have it now. Great Dr. very knowledgeable, polite and talks to you in layman's terms. Hope he can help my lower back now.

STEER CLEAR! He performed a spinal fusion on my mother in her 70's. This was rushed and during covid. He never performed any bone density testing to make sure her bones were strong enough for this, especially with a strong family history of osteoporosis. She was still having unbearable pain a year after surgery. He told her she was fine while showing her X-ray results on an iPhone. We had her come down to UC for a second opinion. Come to find out she had a fracture in her spine. Her new doctor, a neurosurgeon, ended up removing all of the old hardware and lengthening the fusion higher in her spine, requiring 2 surgeries within a 3 day period. His opinion was that he would have been leery to do her first surgery due to family history of osteoporosis and the fact that she has osteopenia (he ordered a dexa scan prior to surgery to check bone density). She will always have pain and numbness from the first surgery, but at least not living with a broken back and unbearable pain. … She should have never been operated on in the first place.

Dr is very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and easy to talk with. Would recommend him to others with back problems.

I saw Dr. St. Clair for a disc injury resulting in chronic and constant sciatic pain. My surgery was scheduled quickly after the initial consultation. Dr. St. Clair was clear and concise in each interaction. Surgery and recovery went smoothly. After months of pain, I feel like my old self again thanks to Dr. St. Clair and OIO.

My wife and I were very pleased with Dr St. Clair, his nurses and staff. Dr St. Clair performed major back surgery on me and am very pleased with my outcome after 6 wks. I highly recommend him as a highly qualified doctor! Thank you for giving me a better quality of life!

I did not see Dr. St. Claire, but rather his PA. He was very profesional and explained my options to me. I felt as though he understood the pain I was experiencing. I have not made a decision as to which route I am going to take, but do feel confident that if I choose surgery I will be in great hands.
