Dr. Sepehr Sajjad, MD

My father in law Ronald had surgery here and he is so happy. He has a hard time speaking English and sometimes gets embarrassed. I work and am not able to go to all his appointments with him so it gets hard at times. But he is very happy with this office. He says the girls are all sweet and always make him feel at home and help him with the translation when he needs it. The doctor found the problem and fixed it quickly and was very friendly and understanding. We both had questions about insurance and how much it would be and the Senorita as he calls her called the insurance for us multiple times and answered our questions and helped us with questions for the surgery center. I'm not sure if this is part of her job or not but we appreciate it. This office is all about the patient which is hard to find. Anyone who needs a caring doctor and team should go see this office.

He diagnosed my "trigger finger" right away, provided me the treatment options, and with one cortisone shot, the condition was gone. Very efficient and competent staff.

Dr.Sajjad performed my first surgery back in 2009 after an accident in the navy. I can honestly say he is by far one of the best doctors I have ever had to deal with.

Very professional. Known in the community as the go to surgeon for any sort of hand problems. His reputation is spreading across the state. Great asset. His support staff specially Michelle is excellent. He fixed my hand fracture and referred me to a specialized hand therapist within the first week after surgery. Very thankful.

Good at his job. Speedy recovery. Seems to care. Just make sure you ask all the questions you have before he leaves the room. Seems very busy. Make sure you are proactive asking about physical therapy (when) and next steps. Sometimes communication lost between doc and therapist

I am a physician who was referred to Dr. Sajjad for surgical repair of my shattered right wrist following a fall. He thoroughly explained the procedure to me, then painstakingly reconstructed my wrist with a plate and many screws. The result is cosmetically and functionally excellent -- amazing considering how bad it was to start. His follow-up has also been great. Dr. Sajjad is very friendly and has a terrific bedside manner. It's also clear that he has the respect of the OR nurses -- always a good test! I would not hesitate to go back to him with any future hand problems.

Just revisited him in his old saybrook office. Glad he will be my surgeon for upcoming carpal tunnel release. He is trained in the most state of the art equipment and techniques. Without a doubt will highly recommend

Found out he had moved his practice and has started the Lawrence and Memorial Hand Center. I had an amazing recovery from my carpal tunnel surgery. Can't even see the scar! Will definitely see him for my other hand.
