I just had to comment bc it’s the only way you can share with others to avoid the same experience. I saw Dr. Jaramillo in the past and i really liked him. I liked how he answered all my questions and made me feel that my concerns were important. However, i went today to get my results and let’s just say that i will never go to that office again. I have asked another dr. office to get my results for me. The lady in the front that is supposed to be the “face of the office”, was rude and made me feel as if she was doing me a favor by taking care of me. She got annoyed when i asked after ONE hour of waiting, how much longer because I had to figure out about my kids. After waiting so long, i was put in a room to wait another 30 minutes. I couldn’t take it any longer and left. I find this disrespectful and completely inconsiderate. My time is just as valuable. My daughter was sick and i had to have her picked up, i canceled a very important work meeting for this appointment as well. Not one… of them even apologized for the time this cost me that i will never get back. I’m sure they hear this often bc all they said was ok and asked my information to reimburse my co payment. It should’ve been a big red flag for me when i got there and another lady that was furious for waiting so long, left. Only to get the same attitude from the ladies in the front. Although i think Dr. Jaramillo is a great doctor. I will never go back to that office. My dr.’s office takes long, but they are so nice and at least act concerned for my time that i always end up saying it’s ok. Those ladies need to be more compassionate and considerate of the patients time and treat them as the ones that actually pay their salary.

Went to see this so-called neurologist for insomnia issues, and he immediately suggested that I could take some heavy-duty psych drugs. I tried to explain my neurological issues and questioned the use of those drugs, which I’m very familiar with, and he became quite upset. He then told me that he couldn’t treat me because I couldn’t follow his orders. Sensing his frustration, I spoke to him in a manner which sort of brought him back to a sedate state. I never returned to his office as I’ve never been treated in that fashion by a doctor. I later found out that he had mostly worked as a psychiatrist. Funny, I requested to see this doctor after having seen another doctor in the same office who also put me down. While dictating, this other doctor stated that I was a poor historian; when, in fact, he would ask questions and not wait for the answer. By the way, I don’t ramble. I’m straight and to the point, and happen to be very knowledgeable on health matters, more so on my own. … I believe these two doctors lack patience and time.
