Dr. Brum is a caring doctor who when I was in the hospital paralyzed and came out because the hospital released me with no diagnosis and did not even have the common courtesy to do an MRI to find out why I was paralyzed they told me to go to my internist and I did not have one I called some doctors and when I called Dr. Brum‘s office he and his staff told me to come right in and Dr. Brum was the one who helped me to find the issues that were causing the problems he generally cares about every patient who walks in he sits with you he speaks to you he explains things to you he is a wonderful warm Doctor Who you would feel very comfortable with and I want to say that the girls in his office are phenomenal they’re always there and very helpful

Never again. I waited in the waiting room so long I fell asleep. After 3 hrs I realized they called patients that were there way after me and it was obvious they forgot me when I approached the front desk. I waited forever in the examination room while I heard doctor Brum on the phone discussing work that was being done in his house, scar etc... He finally came in and spent 5 minutes listening to my symptoms and saying I don’t know. I asked could it be ... he said could be. Bottom line after waiting over 3 hours I left with no answers! He has no clue. Stay away! I only saw him because my doctor was unavailable. From now on I will wait until he is.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Seth Brum. I was in the hospital paralyzed and they released me into the care of my primary physician. Me, like so many others, do not go to doctors on a regular basis. My own primary doctor could not find the time to see me, remember paralyzed, and I called many doctors before Dr. Brum told me to come in immediately. He has helped me in numerous ways. He spends time with his patients and has a wonderful personality and disposition. I owe a lot to him and would definitely refer anyone to him

The office staff is horrible very rude. The doctors are wonderful I just wish they will review the type of staff they have especially the front desk girls they are so rude to patients and no phone manners.

Spends so little time with patients that his receptionists know how long the wait is based on 5 minutes per patient. Inattentive when he finally gets to see you. Told me to have a test when he had the results I gave him in his hand.

Worst doctor I have ever had. Terrible bedside manner and always one foot out the door..

Do not go to Dr Brum. Keep far away from him. Never once visted my mom when she was in the hospital. Only his rude associate show up and they didnt even care about. Awful Doctor. Had to get rude with him before he call just once and talk crap She started out with him when he first started his practice. Never return calls. His associates are worst than him. Didnt even call to give his condolences when she passed. Now after 3 month he sent a bill. He can go collect his money at Ocean View Cemetary.

Look elsewhere, this is not a good doctor. - Long wait times (45 mins approx) - Doctor spends less than 5 minutes with you. - Pushes you to take other tests. Felt uncomfortable with this salesman-like tactic.

DR SETH BRUM KNEW MY WIFE WAS PREGNANT BEFORE SHE DID !!! AMAZING !!!

I was under Dr. Brum's care for about five years. I found him to be understanding and patient, giving me as much time as I needed to discuss medical issues. I always left his office feeling like I had his full attention and expertise. Dr. Brum is the best.
