Doctor is okay, always late and over booking is a constant complaint by many which is valid and faced it as well. Issue is the staff as well they don't do their job properly. Overall a broken system with bad staff, need to introspect and make changes if not some mad patient will go to the extremes :)

Dr. Sachdeva is always late or if she is in the office there is always about an hour wait. They overbook. She is very cold in her interaction.

Her office is very poorly organized! She never knows why a patient is there - which could be clearly noted when making an appointment. The office is dirty. I’ve never seen her wash her hands - GROSS! There is not even real soap in the rooms. Let alone the “complete” physical is a joke! She’s quick to draw labs because she doesn’t really have any physical skills.

Always be prepared to wait longer than an hour to see the dr who doesn’t do a thorough evaluation, please read your clinical summary to know what they document It’s in accurate and they never ever call you with blood work results but expect you to come see them so dr can tell you what’s wrong They bill inaccurately and have me running around between them insurance and lab for a bill from Jan for an annual physical Please refrain from using this practice

The service of the clinic is so bad. One claim was rejected by the insurance because the claim was submitted later than three months. I called the insurance company and was told I have no responsibility to pay the bill because it is the clinic's fault. But the clinic keeps sending me the bill and threatens to send to collection. So bad experience. I will never go to see this doctor again.

The staff is very unprofessional and I honestly haven't seen such a disorganized doctor before. She didn't even ask me about my health. She seemed to be in a rush. I was very disappointed with the doctor visit.

Dr. Shabnam Sachdeva is one of the worst doctors, she is not caring, she just rush you through without proper examination. Her staff are the rudest, Carolina is rude, Vandena dr. Sachdeva's sister is very rude, all she cares is about money, I have been using this practice for the past 12 years, finally I decided to change her. - Disrespectful Staff - Carless Doctor - My son was very sick, I arrived 5 minutes late, Doctor was free, she did not accept my son. - Few times my kids were sick when I called to make appointment she did not give me appointment. - Doctor when she sees the patient she does not wash her hands or use gloves. - Indian food smell is all over the office - She only values the money not the patients. - very long wait -Most of the time she orders the labs and makes you do it even while you are not fasting. - Lab works she does is inaccurate - When results come, she does not call you back - If you want to have the worst experience of you life, choose her.… Very bad doctor, staff and Practice

I do not recommend her to anyone.

I have been to this Dr twice, about a year apart. Both times she was very unprofessional and complained about personal issues and previous patients.

Dr. Sachdeva is never on time for appointments. For morning appointments she comes 15-30 min late and does not even apologize to the patients waiting outside the door. During the medical examination, she does not spend enough time either. Just does some minimal things while charging for a longer visit. Don't go to her.
