Dr. Mittal is kind, patient, detail-oriented, and skilled at diagnosis. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and propose treatment plans, both in person and on the phone. Because she listens closely and has many years of experience as a primary care provider, Dr. Mittal has been able to identify solutions in situations where even specialists have been confused or unable to resolve an issue. She also has a great memory for what you have told her in the past. I have recommended several friends to Dr. Mittal's practice.

I feel very comfortable with my doctor. When I talk, she listens and asks the right questions. None of my concerns are unimportant and she will look into them to the best of her knowledge and ability. She always refers me to the best specialists. Where shall I begin? Trying to get a sick appointment is impossible. It doesn’t matter what time you call, they can never find time and tell you to come a week later. What’s the point of that? The front desk staff are idiots. They can’t get anything right. There is no point in leaving a message it won’t get returned. Wait times once you get an appointment are ridiculous. Expect to wait 60-90 minutes between the waiting room and seeing the dr. If you are a new patient she will take you back really quickly and skip those who had an appointment before you to make you think it’s grwat service. It’s not! Move on and find a doctor who cares because she is fake.

Not sure who this doctor is or what type of office they are running. They are only concerned about your money not the care of patients. Shame on you! The receptionist is something else. How dare you cancel my mothers appt and tell her she must pay $150 when she has insurance and is to ONLY pay a copay. We called the insurance to verify and they confirmed we were to pay only a copay. The insurance then called her and she lied to them saying she didn't cancel. My father called back to confirm and this miserable human being said the appt is canceled due to not agreeing to pay $150. What kinda nonsense is this? My mother has been very sick and was in the hospital and told to follow up with your office. We called back the Dr whom my mother saw at the Hospital and warned him never ever to refer anyone to this office. How can you be in healthcare and not care for the patient?! I will be sure to warn everyone and anyone I ever meet about this place. It's probably a blessing she didn't go.… Absolutely disgusting. FYI I manage a healthcare facility and I would never ever treat a patient like this. I will be reporting this place to health and human services/office of inspector general.
