Dr. Shannon Babineau, MD

The first time we went she seemed attentive. We returned got another visit as the symptoms became more severe. We had some traits like seizure. She blew it off as migraines, yet did no testing. Another episode happened resulting in 911. We were told to see her asap and the er spoke to her. They had us on a waiting list and could not provide to when we would be seen. It took over 2 weeks to get a call. We decided to go elsewhere who did the testing she didn’t. Tests came back abnormal.

Extremely passive doctor who does not want to find a solution to anything. She is either dumb or just comes across that way. This lady should be in pharmaceuticals as she only knows how to write prescriptions for drugs.

Dr. Babineau was very thorough, and kind. We appreciate her expertise and willingness to spend time on our son. We highly recommend her.

Excellent doctor who cares about her patients health and well-being.

Dr. Babineau is very knowledgeable in Headache Medicine. She stays up to date on approved treatment and what is in the pipeline. She is compassionate, thorough and understands the teenage mind. She has gone above and beyond in helping us deal with the school district to get home instruction and accommodations for our child.

Dr. Babineau is all you could ask for in a headache specialist. She listens carefully, is insightful, and incredibly knowledgeable about causes and treatments. She engages the patient (& parents) in developing an appropriate plan of care. She is accessible outside of appointments, and has a terrific team of RN Nurse Practitioners to help patients. She is the BEST.

I cannot say enough positive about Dr. Babineau versus other Pediatric Neurologist had been seeing for 6 months. Takes extensive time, very detailed, communicates well. Difficult to get initial appointment but worth the wait - ongoing communications via email, patient portal are great.

Dr B is an exceptional physician who is an expert in her field and practices with compassion.

Horrible. Did a few reflex tests and decided nothing wrong without further testing. Did not want to take time to figure out causes of swelling or numbness.

Absolutely wonderful. She cares so much about her patients and is just an amazing doctor. She was with me every step of the way through my treatment for chronic migraines. She makes sure she talks about not only medical aspects but mental and emotional aspects of being ill. I would recommend her to anyone, especially someone who needed a doctor for a child or young adult. She is kind and genuinely cares about her patients and I will miss seeing her since her office has changed.
