Dr. Shannon Marie Juno, MD

I find all of the staff to be helpful and courteous. I haven't had a problem with any personnel. The ladies at the front desk are polite. Dr. Juno attentively listens. She does not push you to do anything or compare you to other patients; she just provides all the information so you can make your own decision. Her nurse, Juanita, is super sweet and compassionate. I'm very pleased!

If you’re wanting birth control GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They don’t care about people who aren’t expecting children. AND THE RUDEST FRONT DESK/PHONE LADY EVER!!! Will never EVER go back. Not enough care in this dr office.

My visits with Dr. Shannon have always been wonderful. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and really makes me feel comfortable. She doesn't try to push you into a treatment, instead she gives you details of different options and helps you decide what is the best for you personally. It's great that she also offers bio-identical hormones right there in her office so I don't have to drive to Austin for them.

Staff is rude . Did not meet the doctor. But I was given expired prenatals. They were out of date over a year!! Being a health facility they should be more concerned about out dated prenatals.

I was under Dr Juno's care both in 2008 & in 2013 during the pregnancies of both my children & continue to see her for annual check-ups. I had complications all throughout both pregnancies & delivered at 34 wks with my first & 36 wks with my second. I had a condition with a blood clot during my first pregnancy & we were all sure it wasn't going to turn out well in that I would miscarry. Dr Juno took every precaution necessary & did all that she could to make sure I was not under any stress, in hopes that everything would turn out ok. At this point, the situation was out of my hands & her hands & there was very little that she could do, but she advised being admitted in the hospital for 24 hr observation would be the best bet in case something were to go wrong. I can tell you that this woman knows what she is talking about & she is hands down one of the BEST & most caring Dr's I've ever been to. I trusted her with not only my care, but with the care of both of my children during my… pregnancies. She & her staff are on top of everything. I've never had to call twice for a prescription or for anything for that matter. It is a very professionally ran office in my honest opinion. I have never been treated other than respectfully & in fact, was always a little sad after I was no longer pregnant because I wouldn't be able to see everyone as much. Like I said above, I did have complications with both of my pregnancies, & I can honestly & genuinely say that if it wouldn't be for Dr Juno, my husband & I may not have either of our children today. She cares & she's just all around a wonderful person! And Carrie that does the billing is as awesome as they come too! I'll back this office any day!

I have had wonderful experiences with dr. juno! Im on my second pregnancy and trust her word 100% & the nurses are great! Although her new front desk lady is RUDE! She's enough to make me not wanna go there! She treats every patient differently and talks about the patients as they are leaving, she doesn't realize the people in the waiting room can hear her absurd comments!

Dr. Juno is an excellent dr...She's very sweet!! I'd recommend her to anyone having a baby & I'd definitely see her again!!

Dr. Junk herself is nice enough as a person, but her front office staff is cold as ice and makes you feel like a real bother when you call. They don't even say anything before hanging up. I think Dr. Junio is a bit inexperienced and really just after money suggesting unnecessary procedures and seems to think that chronic pelvic pain is just normal for some women. I would say if you just need a pap or are pregnant, she is probably fine, but not for complicated issues. Plus, I would not recommended her mainly because of the horribly rude and insulting front office staff. The nurses are ok.

I had a bad feeling from the first visit. I think the only thing they have going for them is the office is really pretty. The Dr. spends as little time as possible and she has never fully addressed my concerns. One comment she made sounded very outdated. It made me wonder what she has been doing to stay on top of new evidence based or best practices.

I went to this doctor and found out I was pregenant at age 43.I miscarried at about 2 months so when that scare was over she recommend a precedure Adiana the first time she did it, it did not work and then the second time was a nightmare. To make matters worse I could not get a hold of her or her nurse when things got bad. I had to go get another doctor to fix what she did. not good business. Will not return to her.
