I've prayed that God will hear my petition concerning you.... again I say this was and is very difficult for me.... but I appreciate you too much “Go With the BEST” Dr Durden is an exceptional doctor! Since 1978 I went to several dermatologist and was given medication for my hair loss. None of which worked. So as a result most of my youth I wore scarves and wigs. She looked closely and ran test that in all those years no doctor had done. She found out that because of an deficiency that the medicine I have been given over the years gave me an allergic reaction and caused even more hair fall out. After being treated correctly my hair began to grow even as a senior. I could now pin it up or wear it down! I was then able to let all the specialist know what deficiency I had which changed my other medications, shampoo etc. The best! She cares about you holistically.… She is not just a dermatologist, she is a doctor that cares. I got my life back after many years. Thanking the Lord for you! Wow! The doctor was very unprofessional. She expected me to contact my insurance company to ask what medication was closest to what she prescribed that didn't have a steroid and would not be expensive. I would think this is something the doctor or her staff would take care of by calling the pharmacy. Will not be going back again.

I went to see this doctor maybe 2 years ago and I am still waiting for her to tell me the results of a test she did on my fingernails. The prescription she gave me was denied by my insurance and I am still waiting for something else to be prescribed. Needless to say I still have the fingernail problem.

When I read the reviews about this office, I had some concerns, but went anyway at a friends recommendation. I was quite pleased with the treatment of the office staff who greeted me courteously I did not see any sign about knocking on the glass. I did have to wait but actually came here after being fed up with my previous dermatologist who kept me waiting no less than two hours each visit! When I was taken back the staff took my history and told me the doctor would be in as soon as she can. After about 15 minutes, she arrived and sat down. She listened to my concerns and seemed to care. She explained her findings and gave me counseling on how to keep an eye on things at home. She even gave me samples of sunscreens and moisturizers for my upcoming trip! She's a keeper! No hesitation here.!

Staff does not help patients. There is a sign on office window telling patients to sit down and get comfortable...but do NOT tap on the CLOSED window and someone will be with you shortly. Some poor people tapped and were told to sit down...not even asked their name. After 30 minutes of sitting past appointment time without acknowledgement, listening to patients who had been waiting for over an hour, I left without seeing the doctor. The other patients waiting said they would tell the receptionist I left because she would not open the window. Poor office management.

I referred a family mbr to her office, as I have had a pleasant appt in the past. when hearing the experience she had, I was disgusted. RUDE RUDE STAFF!.. If you are looking for ghetto staff, go there. Took staff 20 min to open their window before even knowing they had patients there as they make it very clear on their tinted windows "do not knock".. WELL THEY NEVER OPEN THE WINDOW! CLUELESS!

Dislike- Almost prescribed me twice meds that would interact with my med, as well as antibiotics for a yeast overgrowth.. I would have been in HORRIBLE shape if I had not talked to my primary. I think a little unorganized. Needs to spend more time with the patient and explain the situation and give holistic measures...Also, she would not give any info over the phone. Overall- not going back. Like- Her prices are good. If you have a cyst to be removed or something simple- ok- and staff ok. She is nice but somewhat spaced out... Not sure what is going on there. I think she takes too much on her hands at her office and is out of control. She needs someone to handle the billing and other things. Prices are the only reason I went back a second time.

I went to three office visits complaining of itching incessantly all over my body. Tells me "dry skin" and folliculitis. Went back twice, not feeling it was correct after itching still. 3 months later I couldn't stand the itching anymore, went to the ER and I have SCABIES!!!! Thanks Dr. Durden for negligence and nothing.

worst doctor ever...seems to have psycological issues...very nasty, not thorough, does not return calls, seems more interested in proviing botox to socialites than assiting ill people....horrible communication skills

Dr. Durden was both courteous and professional in answering my questions. I felt very comfortable with she and her office staff.
