Dr. Lakhanpal doesn’t make me wait long. He look at my chart before he comes in so he has a clue who I am and what is going on

He was very understanding and thorough. His PA Rachel was wonderful and very informative! I felt like they really cared about me.

From the first appointment on, I have been diagnosed and treated with diligent expertise. Just as important, requests for info and prescriptions have been dealt with in hours, not the usual days or weeks.

While I did see Dr. Lakhanpal and was satisfied with my visit. I also want to give recognition to Dr. Rachel. Both provided excellent care and me feel like they actually care about my condition will take the proper steps to help me get my RA under control. Also, I don’t see another place to write this but if there were higher seating options, in addition to the existing seats, in the waiting area that would be great. The seats were a little too low for my comfort. I’m not sure if that is possible but that’s one thing I would change.

Caring man and professional. Does not mess around. Gives diagnosis and treatment. Straight and to the point.
