Never again will I wait 2 or more hours to see an eye doctor !! There is NO excuse for this. Stop being greedy and over booking appointments ! Our time is just as important as yours. If we were 2 hours LATE you would " dismiss" US. There are plenty of excellent doctors who are respectful of their patients time. I'll be seeing one of them next time.

Never in my life did I have to wait 2 hours to see this doctor and still never saw her. Only saw 2 techs and waited 2 hours, saw people go in, never saw them come out. I gave up after 2 hours of waiting for the doctor. They should have refunded my $40 co-pay. The staff seemed surprised that I was upset.

Shari Roth has excellent bedside manners and I am very happy with the treatment provided, however the wait time in her office is just unacceptable. Moreover, no one in that office ever apologizes for having you wait that long including Dr Roth. I don't think these wait times are normal at all.

I really, really like this doctor. She is thorough and explains and answers all questions. Bedside manner is excellent!!!! However, both times I had an appointment within a week of each other I had to wait at least 2 hours and 15 minutes in the waiting room before I even got to go in. Once in, eye drops put in and tests were done by a technician? (10 minutes or so?) Then another 40 minute wait to see the doctor. From original appointment time to walking out the door = 3 hours and 40 minutes This is unacceptable without a logical explanation which was not given either time.
